Hello, I'm Juliana

In my practice, I focus on being understanding, non-judgmental, and intentional in therapy. I believe in building a strong connection with you to create a safe space for sharing and learning. 

My experience spans across work with clients of all ages within schools and community settings in Western Australia (rural and metro regions). I use evidence-based methods and collaborate closely with clients and their care teams to ensure comprehensive, connected support.

 

I adopt a trauma-informed approach with all presentations and treatment modalities - I believe that healing begins with feeling truly heard and understood.

I have a particular interest in body image and the relationship with food. My philosophy is that you do not need to suffer in silence - you are worthy of a whole, peaceful, and restored relationship with your body and with food.

  • Schema Therapy

  • Eye Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing (EMDR)

  • Enhanced Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT-E)

  • Interpersonal Therapy (IPT)

In my practice, I aim to bring a grounded, collaborative, and supportive presence to therapy. I believe you deserve to feel safe and understood, and encouraged to grow at your own pace.

My experience spans across the lifespan, working with clients of all ages across acute mental health and community settings in Perth. I draw upon different tools to provide you with comprehensive care. My approach is genuine, practical, and tailored to your needs - I aim to create a space where you can feel safe to explore challenges, understand what's holding you back, and make meaningful, lasting change.

I utilise a trauma-informed lens and support individuals with a broad range of mental health concerns. I work with teenagers, adults and older adults.
